I was born on a sunny day. I was made with curvy hands of an old Ukrainian lady. Wikipedia says that Chicken Kyiv is “a dish of chicken fillet pounded and rolled around cold butter, then coated with eggs and bread crumbs, and either fried or baked. It is particularly popular in the Post-Soviet states, several other countries of the former Eastern Bloc, and in the English-speaking world.” I'm way more than just a meat dish. I'm a symbol, an icon, I'm a spirit of Kyiv. A few things of Ukrainian origin are as famous worldwide as I am. In 2017, famous Ukrainian restaurant owner Dima Borysov opened a restaurant Chicken Kyiv. You see, I'm a popular gal. Day by day I was getting sick and tired with harsh life in Ukraine and so I've become a single lady with a resting bitch face.
Screw those life gurus who claim you should be successful and live fully through each of your days. They sell you trainings how to live a life full of mindfulness and personal growth. Come on. Every morning I'm tired as soon as I wake up. I'm a Chicken Kyiv and I'll be telling you the truth. Dear listeners, welcome to my shitty world.
